Rylu's Bistro

We really enjoyed this quaint restaurant. Great service, we dined outdoor on the patio. We really enjoyed our meals which use local ingredients. I’d highly recommend for a nice dinner date.

Rylu’s Bistro is hands-down the best food in Southern Utah! This was only my second visit (I hadn’t been since it opened), and it was absolutely worth the wait. We ended up ordering almost the entire menu, and every single dish was phenomenal. The freshness of the ingredients was remarkable—you can tell they source and prepare everything with incredible care. The Chef’s passion and expertise shine through in every bite. You don’t just eat at Rylu’s; you experience the art of food. Our server made it even more special by personalizing the entire evening. She could tell we were there to indulge in great food and made us feel so valued and welcome—it was like dining with an old friend who happens to be a pro! We can’t stop raving about it! How often does the menu change? We’re already planning our next visit and can’t wait to see what new creations might be in store. Rylu’s Bistro has set the standard for dining in this area, and we’ll be back as often as we can.

I tried this place once for lunch a couple years ago and was not that impressed; however, my wife recently wanted to go for dinner for her birthday and I am so glad she brought me back for a second chance. The food was fabulous with fresh ingredients. Perfect spot for an intimate date night and sharing dishes. Save room for dessert as well. Wonderful experience with a dinner menu you will not find in this area.

Wow, just a remarkable dinner find. Nothing comparable in the area. Open just two years, Rylu’s offers a creative dinner menu at a reasonable price. Creative combinations of all fresh, local ingredients. Innovative beer and wine list. Excellent service in quaint bistro setting in historic house on Santa Clara’s Main Street. French-trained chefs offer small menu with exquisite options. Get a reservation. Thanks for a wonderful evening.

Absolutely dreamy! Some of the very best food I've had in Southern Utah. The lamb cigars were light, with the perfect blend of creamy and spicy sauces. The halibut was buttery and all of the flavors complimented each other beautifully. If you can, sit on the patio - it's delightfully charming. The service was friendly, the food was incredible and the atmosphere can't be beat.

We come to Rylus each time we are in town. The food has been spectacular each time! So many delicious combinations of flavors, friendly staff, very small intimate setting with a small menu (which is better in my opinion because they do everything well!) chef cooked the steak perfectly. I’d love a tasting menu so we can try it all!

Amazing place! This guy can cook. The cook on the food is technically excellent, and the flavors are unique and on point. The atmosphere is simple and intimate. Such a great experience.

Incredible experience! Intimate venue with mind blowing food. The menu was so tempting we couldn’t decide what to order so ordered one of everything. Focaccia was melt in your mouth, surprising coconut yogurt dip, steak and couscous were favorites. Save room for dessert.
